General information about the Michael Hartzell Scholarship Fund

Currently the golf outing committee is in the process of planning the 10th Annual Michael Hartzell Scholarship Golf Outing. The purpose of the outing is to raise funds and award scholarships to children of Mahoning Valley police officers to attend Youngstown State University. Since the inception, the golf outing has channeled $250,000 into the scholarship fund. Deserving students from area schools such as Austintown-Fitch High School (Hartzell's alma mater), Poland, Hubbard, Canfield, Liberty, Chaney, Columbiana, Girard, Lowellville, Struthers, and Cardinal Mooney High Schools have received scholarships. See the information below mark your calendar and try to attend.
